Visit Granite Island
Rug up in your winter woollies and visit Granite Island. Home to magical little fairy penguins, it’s an impressive spot to view the creatures, as well as take in the stunning surrounding landscapes. There are also guided penguin tours at dusk, where you are almost guaranteed to spot the penguins returning to shore after several days feeding at sea.

Swim with tuna at Oceanic Victor
Even if it’s raining, you can indulge in an aquatic experience and swim with the bluefin tune. The Oceanic Victor is an underwater observatory where you can either feed the tuna from the viewing platform or get right up close and don a wetsuit and get in the water with the creatures.
