Granite Island

Granite Island is a treasure for the family, with so much to see and do. Situated in a Marine Park, the family can spot dolphins, seals and marine life. From May to November you may even see a Southern Right Whale or Humpback Whale! Additionally, Granite Island is home to a small colony of rare, wild little penguins.

Horsedrawn Tram 

Take the family on a ride on the only horse-drawn tramway in Australia, Clydesdale horses draw you along the causeway from seaside Victor Harbor to Granite Island. Dunes Mini Golf 

Located at the Tourist Hot Spot of Victor Harbor on Granite Island Road, the 18 Hole Mini Golf Course is fun  for the young and not so young! Open every day from 9:30am, the course is uniquely themed with marine icons featured throughout the course.

South Australian Whale Centre

The South Australian Whale Centre is the perfect activity for families, offering a range of programs and activities. SteamRanger Heritage Railway 

The SteamRanger Heritage Railway operates a number of different heritage steam and diesel hauled tourist trains, operating up to 140 days a year. The Cockle Train is a 30 minute journey joining Goolwa and Victor Harbor, where you will travel along some of the most picturesque coastal scenery.
